The Opportunities will be selected by the General Partner based on its evaluation of the prospect for profits that can be generated by each Opportunity.

These debt financings and equity investment Opportunities in properties will be determined as they present themselves to the Partnership. The Opportunities will be selected by the General Partner based on the General Partner’s evaluation of an acceptable return to risk ratio.
